He was born in Kano the North West of Nigeria on 28th February 1985, he is the sixth child of seven children of Mr Erics.

He had his primary education in Kano state and his secondary school in Onitsha Anambra state in the South Eastern part of Nigeria, as a young child he showed his passion for acting, and this resulted in his admission to Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka Anambra state where he graduated with a degree in Theater Art.

He has had a passion for acting from a young age he pushed bus theater art after completing his primary and secondary education, 2001 as a first-year student in the University he got his first role in a movie titled “Holy Prostitute” he played a minor role as a medical doctor with just 3 scene.

He graduated from the university and began to attend an audition, after his audition he began to get roles in movies, he has also acted with top Nollywood actors like Yul Edochie, Sylvester Mmadu, Ngozi Ezeonu, Regina Daniels, and many more.

You might not know that Erics use to run a band before he became an actor, and he currently goes to a show with his band members, according to him he planned to go more serious about music because music gave him the limelight recognition before acting, in 2018 he released his first music single titled “Inozikwa Omee”.
